The Cedar - Comfy, Cable, near Starbucks, Base, & City!

The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of everything we would have needed if we had planned on cooking there. However, we were there very briefly and had take out instead. Our only issues were a very dirty oven and a smell of fish in the disposal that we couldn't get rid of. Both problems were conveyed to the home owners.

Check was good. The kitchen is beautifully designed and spacious.

Our stay at Cedar Terrace was exceptionally comfortable. We felt secure in the neighborhood, which was remarkably quiet. We arrived precisely at check-in time and accessing the home was effortless. Communication with Vanessa was prompt and courteous. Although the home is older, it was clean and well-maintained, boasting a distinctive charm that left us wishing we could extend our stay.

We stayed here to attend a basic training graduation at Ft Jackson. We loved that it was convenient to the base. We also had the space for the family to gather with our soldier when he could go off base on graduation day. This was much more comfortable than a hotel, and was very clean.

Not what's advertised- I didn't feel comfortable 😕 Where do I begin? There isn't a paved driveway, and the exterior lighting is poor. The home wasn't clean—floors were dirty, the couch was dingy, and there was pet hair everywhere. The chair cover in the master bedroom needs to be washed as it's full of stains. The carpet in the basement room needs to be replaced or at least shampooed. The trash can was already halfway full, leaving no room for my trash. The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell, which resembles wood dry rot, indicating a potential moisture issue that needs to be assessed. Additionally, the water pressure when showering was very low, and the tub was extremely slippery, posing a significant hazard that could become fatal if not addressed. This was my first time using this platform for my hospitality needs, and I must say I'm truly disappointed. The property management was responsive to my questions, but this home was not properly prepared to host a family.
